DOWACOAT TIB Repair set Typ 4200 is an accelerated and tixotropic epoxy-novolac-based repair filler. It is used to repair defects found in the first layer DOWACOAT TIB Typ 7300, DOWACOAT TIB Thix Typ 7350 or DOWACOAT ETB TYP 2000 by holiday tester. The rheological profile allows the application of a layer thickness of up to 4 mm without saging. At 20 °C substrate temperature, the system is mechanically loadable after 90 minutes.

The DOWACOAT EP Laminating Resin Typ 6000 is a High-Solid 2-component laminating resin based on epoxy resin. The product is used to protect steel tanks in which various fuels or chemicals are stored. By combining the DOWACOAT EP Laminating Resin Typ 6000 with the DOWACOAT Fiberglass 300 g/m2, exceptionally high chemical resistance and flexibility as well as excellent mechanical properties are achieved.

DOWACOAT EP AS Typ 3000 is a solvent-based 2-component conductive coating based on epoxy-polyurethane-resin. It prevents electrostatic charging through a leakage or contact resistance of < 1*10⁶ Ohm. The product is resistant to various fuels and  chemicals. Information about the resistances can be obtained from the technical sales department. However, the coating is not resistant to weathering. DOWACOAT EP AS Typ 3000 is tuned for easy processing.

DOWACOAT EL Primer Typ 3500 is a liquid solvent-free two component primer based on epoxy resin. It exhibits good penetration and high adhesion on bituminous materials such as asphalt. It also forms a permanent bridging of cracks that form or move.

DOWACOAT FG Primer TYP 3150 is a liquid solvent-free 2-component primer based on epoxy resin. It has good penetration and high adhesive strength on concrete. It also forms a permanent bridging of cracks that form or move.

WBA LASTIC is a solvent-free two component polyurea coating. It is characterized by high elasticity and crack bridging, high tensile strength and excellent abrasion resistance. In combination with the topcoat DOWALAST V Typ 4500 the system shows good chemical resistance. The two components of the WBA LASTIC are adjusted in such a way that the difference in viscosity is as small as possible when applied by means of 2K airless high-pressure spraying equipment. This makes the processability significantly easier compared to other polyurea coatings. Furthermore, the product is particularly stable to crystallization.

DOWALAST V Typ 4500 is a liquid 2-component topcoat sealer based on polyurethane resin with high weather resistance. The sealer is dense and resistant to a wide range of substances such as water, seawater, sewage, mineral oils, various fuels, as well as a variety of alkalis and dilute acids.The contact resistance is 0.2-0.8 * 10⁵ Ω (measuring voltage 100 V) when applied correctly. This means that the coating is classified as conductive.

DOWACOAT Aluminium Foil creates a leak monitoring space between the base coat and the DOWACOAT EP Laminating Resin Typ 6000. This can be permanently monitored by a vacuum leak detector.

DOWACOAT Fiberglass 300 g/m2 is processed together with DOWACOAT EP Laminating Resin Typ 6000 to form a chemically resistant and mechanically high-quality laminate.
