CORODUR 2K-FH repair and filling putty is a solvent-free, mechanically high-quality polyurethane elastomer consisting of two storage-stable but highly reactive raw material components. The consistency of the product is formulated in such a way that it can be applied in thick layers with a spatula.

CORODUR 2K-primer reddish is an adhesion promoter and is primarily used in combination with the polyurea-based CORODUR systems. It improves their bond to metallic substrates. The rapid drying process enables rational system processing.

CORODUR FLEX 80 s a wear protection, absorption, traction and torsion layer. The coating is characterized by very high abrasion resistance (BAW certificate). This applies to dry and wet loads. In combination with Hardener A-2528 for 2K-CORODUR FLEX 80 or Hardener H5 wall for 2K-CORODUR FLEX 80, layer thicknesses of up to 500 μm can be achieved in one application by brushing or rolling. In combination with the fast recoatability, wear protection coatings several millimetres thick can be applied efficiently without special coating equipment, even in unfavourable weather conditions.
The product is available with two different hardeners:
Hardener A-2528
Standard hardener for use as a wear protection coating.Available in white and light gray (tinting is possible for larger requirements).
CORODUR Hardener H5 range
Hardener with increased hardness and better resistance to various chemicals.Available in various colors for coating floors (self-leveling) or walls (thixotropic). The self-levelling setting is also available "antibacterial" and thus reduces the existing germ count on the surface by > 99 % (according to test method JIS Z 2801 certified by Testlabor Dr. Lehmann GmbH, Germany).

CORODUR WP 90 is a mechanically high-quality, highly elastic, solvent free polyurea elastomer, which is produced/applied by spraying with a 2K Airless high-pressure spraying system or with the MixCoat™ spray system The two components of the CORODUR WP 90 are adjusted in such a way that the difference in viscosity is as small as possible when applied by means of 2K airless high-pressure spraying equipment. This makes the processability significantly easier compared to other polyurea coatings. Furthermore, the product is particularly stable to crystallization.

COROPUR NA 100 2K-FH finishing coating is a solvent-free, tough elastic and highly abrasion resistant coating material. Particularly suitable for internal coating and thus long-term corrosion protection of pressure pipes and other steel surfaces. COROPUR NA 100 is characterized by low water and water vapor diffusion. Allows thick layer application up to 400 µm even on vertical surfaces. Gloss and UV-resistant coatings are achieved with the correspondingly resistant variant COROPUR NonAbrasive 2K-FH finishing coating LS.

Particularly suitable for internal coating and thus long-term corrosion protection of pressure pipes and other steel surfaces. COROPUR NonAbrasive is characterized by low water and water vapor diffusion. Allows thick layer application up to 400 µm even on vertical surfaces. Gloss and UV-resistant coatings are achieved with the correspondingly resistant variant COROPUR NonAbrasive 2K-FH finishing coating LS.

COROPUR NonAbrasive is, comparable to the usual 2-component epoyy- or polyurethane tar coating materials, particularly suitable for the long-term corrosion protection of all steel surfaces. It is particularly characterized by high abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and low water and water vapour diffusion. The light and weather resistance is good even in high sunlight. This enables its use in industrial, marine and alpine climates.

COROPUR NonAbrasive 2K-FH finishing coating RHK 11 is a moisture-curing 1-component polyurethane resin coating with an anti-slip surface structure. The system is equipped with fillers, which give the surface an appropriate roughness, which leads to the anti-slip properties.
The coating achieves a coefficient of friction µ > 0.45 according to DIN 51151. This results in the rating GS3 in the footwear area and GB2 in the barefoot area. According to the «Assessment of slip hazards under operating conditions» published by the German Social Accident Insurance, the coating achieves the highest rating of «safe, falls unlikely». The resulting anti-slip properties depend on the nature of the substrate and the application quantity.
